(CNN) -- Sen. Hillary Rodham Clinton fainted during a luncheon speech Monday in upstate New York, citing a 24-hour virus, but she recovered and resumed her public schedule.

------------------------- ------------------------- --------

I wish her a speedy recovery.... I don't like her.. or her policies.. but she is doing what she thinks is the right thing and isn't taking pleasure cruises on a PT boat wearing her magic hat doing so.

Way I see it..  HRC would have been GWB's political opponent.. not his enemy the way JFfK was.

Me I'm holding out for Miller-Lieberman in 2008

Iraq Election nits..
01.30.05 (1:05 pm)   [edit]

Well.. the election is going well but this woman need a couple pointers on sending the proper message to the MSM and defeatists such as Ole Teddy boy....   Ma'am... the ink goes on the next finger over.. and you need turn your hand around... otherwise.. its the perfect picture of  Iraq's 72% turnout for their elections.. (Considerably higher then that of the US elections I'll note).

Correction:  it was more like 50-60%  still better then the US

The Ghost of Kerry Future...

Swift Boat Veterans Author to Run for Kerry's Senate Seat

(CNSNews.com) - Jerome Corsi, co-author of the best-selling book "Unfit for Command: Swift Boat Veterans Speak Out Against John Kerry," plans to run for Sen. John Kerry's seat, Fox News reports. Speaking on Fox News Wednesday, Corsi, who does not live in Massachusetts, said he plans to move to the state to be eligible to challenge Kerry. Democratic chairman of Massachusetts, Phil Johnston, is reportedly not welcoming Corsi's plans. "He said... something to the effect of 'Massachusetts will not welcome a candidate who slanders Catholics, Jews, the Pope and Vietnam Vets,'" Fox News' Martha MacCallum said of Johnston. Corsi disputed Johnston's claims. "They say I'm anti-Catholic, well I am a Catholic. I'm concerned about the crisis in the Catholic Church. I said some things sharply to get people's attention. That does not mean I'm anti-Catholic - I'm not," said Corsi.

Heh.. oh this should make for some interesting debates.. wonder if Kerry will run on his millitary service again???

How I spent 'Not a Damn Dime Day'
01.22.05 (2:42 pm)   [edit]

Recently someone decided to protest the actions of our legally elected government by instituting 'Not one Damn Dime Day'  on Janurary 20th <- :).     Being that I live in the fine Blue State of New York and I really didn't care to watch the inauguration I decided to spend the day in the mannor it so deserved.

Firstly I paid all my bills (Boo).  Then to make myself feel better I went shopping where I engaged in a bit of capitolist excess (see below).

After that bit of excess I passed by this sign that shows just how many New Yorkers feel about the war.

That reminded me that this would be the PERFECT day to finish up my next package to the soldier that the wonderful people at Soldiers' Angels  put me in contact with.   In a few weeks he's hopefully gonna be one happy camper.

Worn out from all that capitolist activity I decided that some refresment was in order and decided that a few brews and some crab legs at a fine dining establishment was in order..

Alas.. I did not donate the three dollars in dimes to the local Moonbat Soceity.. I just sort of added it to the Bartender's Tip.. Money better spent I say..

Not One Damn Dime Day
01.19.05 (5:59 pm)   [edit]

""On “Not One Damn Dime Day” those who oppose what is happening in our name in Iraq can speak up with a 24-hour national boycott of all forms of consumer spending.""

Boy.. I'm sure glad someone reminded me of this...  I think I'll go and pick up the rest of the stuff for my Next Care Package,  have a nice lunch, buy some frivilous clothes, and perhaps a DVD or two....

Perhaps then I'll stuff three dollars in dimes into an envelope and drop it off at the local socalist and Palastinian sympathy zer headquarters.

Update: Western aid is winning hearts, according to Australian News...

THE spiritual head of Jemaah Islamiah says he is losing the battle for the hearts and minds of Aceh's tsunami survivors because of the humanitarian assistance from Australian and US military forces.

& nbsp; Imagine that..  people might actually look fondly on the people who came and aided them after a major tsunami instead looking worshipfully at the people who tell them that god is punishing them…..  allow me to apply the Clue-by-fourtm    ß- Dan Rather take note.

A spokesman for Abu Bakar Bashir said the Indonesian cleric, who is on trial for terrorism, regarded the relief operations by Australian and US military personnel as a dangerous development, overshadowing the role of the Indonesian Armed Forces (TNI).

Said role seeming to be guarding UN Officials as the move from Five Star Hotel to Five Start Restaurants and back again for more meetings on what to meet on.

"We are suspicious of the presence of foreign soldiers and their show of force and the minimum publicity given to assistance from Arab states," said Fauzan Al Anshari, a spokesman for Bashir's militant Majelis Mujahidin Indonesia group.

Probably cause there hasn’t been much to publicize about yet….

"It's dangerous, this idea by Acehnese that US and Australian forces are their guardian angels - more popular than the TNI."

Oh yeah.. hate to have the common masses a) Consider the west as something other then the enemy  and b) start expecting soldiers to be more then thugs in uniform.. Dangerous thoughts indeed…   Darn those corrupting western values.. and the food and water our people are washing them down with…..  ::cackle::

Dead Pool Update
01.04.05 (11:06 am)   [edit]

Ok.. for all the twisted folk out there.. I've put up my list of people I just don't think are going to make it through the year.  http://deadpool.isfullofcrap.com/oldcrap/015248.html#015248" title="http://deadpool.isfullofcrap.com/oldcrap/015248.html#015248" target="_blank"http://deadpool.isfullofcrap....

Its a bit twisted.. sort of like not being able to turn away as a bridge collapses under a train.. or Dan Rather Rather's career slowly turning to ashes.

CAIRing about terror
01.02.05 (9:39 am)   [edit]

It’s taken years, but more people are finally beginning to see through CAIR’s moderate facade; Daniel Pipes reports that the Council on American Islamic Relations (CAIR) has been named as a defendant in a class action lawsuit stemming from the terror attacks of 9/11: CAIR Named as a Defendant in 9/11 Terror Lawsuit.

About time..    & nbsp; via LGF http://littlegreenfootbal ls.com/weblog/?entry=14170_C AIR_is_Defendant_in_9-11_ Lawsuit" title="http://littlegreenfootbal ls.com/weblog/?entry=14170_C AIR_is_Defendant_in_9-11_ Lawsuit" target="_blank"http://littlegreenfootbal ls.c...
